ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PACKING PROCESS
We will send a Confirmation Email when your order has been dispatched. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours (where possible). If we are unable to dispatch within 48 business hours we will notify you.
We trust Australia Post and Sendle Couriers to deliver our parcels within 14 working days. Please see the postage suggested delivery times below for an estimated arrival date.

Mamma Bee chooses the best service dependant on the following variants:
- Where you are located
- Whether PO BOX or Parcel Locker was supplied
- Fastest Estimated Delivery time of Delivery.

If you need your order delivered quickly, you can select Express Post shipping option at checkout. If ordered prior to 12 midday AEST on Business Days we will endevour to ship same day.. The below information comes directly from the Australia Post website. You can find out more here.
Next Day Delivery Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by Australia Post Next Day Guarantee.

STANDARD DELIVERY via Sendle
Mamma Bee utilises Sendle for all standard postage within their designated national areas. Areas that fall under Sendles "Rural" classification are sent via Australia Post. All orders under 500g sent via Sendle include tracking but do not include Sign on Delivery. These parcels are left in a safe place. By choosing this shipping option Mamma Bee is unable to take responsibility for this parcel once it has been tracked to Sendle.
If you would prefer sign on delivery, it is recommended that you request this during checkout in the customers request.
FREE LOCAL PICK UP
Mamma Bee currently offers a FREE pickup option for locals. If you are local to 4077 and would like the click and collect option then take advantage of this FREE service.
Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and packaged.
Collection times are between 9-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please leave your preferred pickup date and time in the customers request section at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection with pickup location and directions.
RETURNS and WARRANTY
Mamma Bee accepts returns on all items valid for 30 days from invoice date with the exemption of
opened product packages, clearance stock, teething products, pacifiers, toilet training products, personalised products and special orders.
Mamma Bee does not take responsibility for the return postage costs.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a return of item.
- You will receive a return ticket with instructions on how to return your order.
- Return your order or part of your order to 1/78 Kurzok Place, Richlands QLD 4077
- Reply to return ticket email with tracking number.
- Please include your contact details on the parcel.
Note: Your item is sent well protected from the delivery process, we expect it to be returned in the same way. Damaging or defacing the returned product or failure to adequately protect the item in transit will result in voiding our contract.
If the item is being returned without defects a store credit is created for the original postage and the item returned. Refunds for items being returned for change of mind will incur a $6.95 restocking fee which will be calculated prior to the refund being initiated.
Items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect address supplied or refused to accept will be refunded minus the $6.95 restocking fee.
All of Mamma Bee's products are from trusted reputable businesses. All warranty claims should initially go through Mamma Bee so that we can help assist with the fastest service possible.

Please note: Batteries, water damage and/or physical damage to the item are not covered under warranty.
All warranty claims are submitted for testing. If an item is deemed to be a warranty claim a replacement will be arranged. If a replacement is not available due to stock levels or item being discontinued by the manufacturers a suitable replacement will be issued.
