Shipping and Returns Policy


Standard Postage

Orders are processed and packaged within 1-2 business days of finalising your order.  You will receive a confirmation of your order immediately after purchase.  Mamma Bee uses Sendle for all orders within their designated areas.  Australia Post is used for all outside of this area and PO Boxes.

Mamma Bee offers free standard postage Australia-wide with orders over A$80.00 in one transaction. 

This shipping option is capped at $9.95

Sendle Couriers:

Mamma Bee utilises Sendle for all standard postage within their designated national areas.  Areas that fall under Sendles "Rural" classification are sent via Australia Post.  All orders under 500g sent via  Sendle  include tracking but do not include Sign on Delivery.  These parcels are left in a safe place.    By choosing this shipping option Mamma Bee is unable to take responsibility of this parcel once it has been tracked to Sendle.

If you would prefer sign on delivery, it is recommended that you choose the upgrade to a Sign on Delivery Shipping Option.  


Sign on Delivery Postage

This service offers registered post and sign on delivery through Australia Post.  

This shipping option is capped at $11.95


Express Postage

Express postage is available Australia-wide and is charged at a flat rate of $14.95.  All express orders will be dispatched same day on business days (if finalilsed prior to midday AEST).

Mamma Bee is unable to guarantee "Next Day Delivery" for express postage.  Our dispatch postcode is 4078.  This postcode falls within the designated "Next Day" Service but rarely meets this requirement due to Australia Post standards. Items are usually 1-3 business days (longer for the West coast and rural locations).  

Express Postage offers tracking but is not sign on delivery.  By choosing this shipping option Mamma Bee is unable to take responsibility of this parcel once it has been tracked to Australia Post.   Please check out Australia Post website for more information about their "Safe Drop" option.  



WHAT can be returned?

No Returns or refunds are accepted on opened product packages, clearance stock, teething products, pacifiers, toilet training products, personalised products and special orders.  

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping on unopened and unused products. 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please use registered post to Mamma Bee, 54 Jindabyne Circuit, Forest Lake QLD 4078.  Include a copy of your invoice.

HOW do customers return items?
Before returning products please contact Mamma Bee via the "Lodge a Dispute".  

SHIPPING for returns?

Returned shipping is at the cost of the buyer unless there is a default.  Please contact Mamma Bee via the "Lodge a Dispute" if you are unsure.

CREDIT for returns?

If the item is being returned without defects a store credit is created for the original postage and the item returned.  

Refunds for items being returned for change of mind will incur a $6.95 restocking fee which will be calculated prior to refund being initiated.

Items that are returned to Sender due to incorrect address supplied or refused to accept will be refunded minus the $6.95 restocking fee.  

Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost to the consumer or refunded.
